Returns & Exchanges

At Bronwyn Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
